Great service and extremely knowledgeable! I felt I was being treated like a family member. They fixed the problem that I brought my car in for originally, and tehy didn’t try and s ell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They provided me a list from the inspection that they performed and my car is in much better shape for having visited them! I have already told as many people as I know about the service I received! I will definitely be back!

As always, I enjoyed my visit at the Japanese Auto Masters. I come in early to have an oil change and what ever else is needed. There is always the morning paper to read and pleasant conversation. Time passes quickly and my car is ready. The charges are fair and reasonable. I leave with confidence that my car is in good working condition.

When I called for an estimate Mr. Potter was very informative and helpful and provided good advice regarding replacing my timing belt. I received a follow up call confirming my appointment and morning drop off was quick and easy. My only concern was that all of the work we discussed was not completed on my invoice. Mr. Potter doubled my warranty to 24 months in case anything should go wrong and apologized for the miscommunication. Very happy with overall service!
