We always feel that the service and explanations of repairs are explained thoroughly and recommendations are appreciated. The only reason we did not give a 5th star is because we made this appointment for a repair that was recommended from a previous visit and had to wait three days for completion. This would not keep us from returning or telling our friends about Japanese Auto Masters!
I sincerely appreciate your honesty and evaluation of our services by way of the survey you filled out on-line. We have many good customers who will give us all high marks and while we like seeing this, it is the ones that call us on certain items that help us to provide better service.
