I have a 2005 Toyota Highlander with the AC not working, it was blowing warm air. After much research and high ratings, I came across this business. Went on their website to send an email inquiring about getting it fixed and an estimated cost. They replied promptly, within a day. I set up an appt, when my dad and I dropped off the car, we were met with Joe the advisor. Told him our concerns and said he would give us a call once the car was finished. They sent us an estimated thru text and we were able to approve that est thru text which I thought was cool. The tech R. Bernier was awesome and was able to fix the AC! My dad and I also thought it was reasonable priced on how much he paid for. Overall, the staff was super nice, informative, very easy to schedule and would come again!
