Japanese Auto Masters definitely went above and beyond in taking care of me as a first time customer. Thank you to Joe and the rest of the mechanics that did my maintenance and replaced the starter on my '12 Honda Civic Sedan. I originally was gonna drive to the appointment today on 5/24/24, but did an early bird drop off at Japanese Auto Masters on the day before because my vehicle got towed by a towing company dispatched by State Farm due to the starter going out. Looking forward to doing business with them again when maintenance is due.

These guys are outstanding. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit for service. In 1995 my 1990 2wd Toyota pickup was experiencing an intermittent throttle increase/decrease issue after starting and intermittently. The engine at idle would cycle rpms higher and lower; higher and lower. The closest dealer could not find the issue after 3 trips there. Then I took my truck to these guys. They determined that it was a defective intake mass airflow sensor. It was a costly part (at over $1000 at the time). They changed it out and thereafter the thing ran like a top. We took any of our cars here (all Japanese) and these guys always fixed the issue the first time for a reasonable cost. What more can you ask for in a car servicing center?

Had an oil change and state inspection performed today. Cathy provided the cost estimate and the services were performed as estimated and completed in approximately one hour. Great job as always. Thanks JAM and Cathy.

I had a State Inspection and oil change performed, itwas completed for the estimated costs noted by the service advisor. Further, the Service Advisor noted that the tech said I hould be considering replacing the tires in the future. The service advisor keep me informed at all times. The entire process was completed in an hour Thank you JAM, great service.
