As usual, the fantastic people at JAM rescued me from a problem where, no matter what I tried, I couldn't fix on my own. As an automotive student, I know how important it is to be professional, courteous, and get the job done correctly the first time. I have never received anything less during all of the years I have been taking my vehicles to JAM. I especially appreciate not being treated like "just a girl" - a problem I have at most automotive repair centers. Always professional, knowledgeable, and responsive

Consistently outstading service over many visits. Recently dropped my 10 year-old Honda off on a Monday without an appointment when the check-engine light came on. I expected them to diagnose the problem and let me bring the car back later in the week. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they repaired it and the cost came in under what I was expecting.Fast, fair and friendly.

Work started at appointed time. Workmanship tops. No problems.

The only thing I noticed was the clock was not re-set. Everything else was excellent.
