The moto on the repair ticket says "Quality Repairs By Technicians Who Care". The staff at J.A.M.constantly lives up to this moto. We have be taking our cars to this shop for 8 years now and have been completely satisfied with each visit. We have never had to return because the work was not done properly. Additionally, when I recenty went to the shop after being released from a lengthy hospital stay, Tommy - Cindy - Dennis and even the mechanic that works on our cars all came out to see how I was doing and did so in a genuine manner. These guys run the BEST shop around.

JAM tells you exactly the diagnosis and will not sell you "snake oil" to fix your problem. Brought in my car due to the A/c intermittent problems, all they had to do was drain and refill the R-134A and also put in Lead Dye Detector to see if it was leaking. Great job Japanese Auto Masters! I only wish we had one in Chesapeake
