Thanks for being able to have scheduled maintenance performed on a very short notice. Called on a short notice pending a possible quick south (semi-family emergency) and Dennis did not hesitate to have the work performed right then and there. Really appreciate this understanding. Will I ever return, why not, where else can you receive this type of service.

The moto on the repair ticket says "Quality Repairs By Technicians Who Care". The staff at J.A.M.constantly lives up to this moto. We have be taking our cars to this shop for 8 years now and have been completely satisfied with each visit. We have never had to return because the work was not done properly. Additionally, when I recenty went to the shop after being released from a lengthy hospital stay, Tommy - Cindy - Dennis and even the mechanic that works on our cars all came out to see how I was doing and did so in a genuine manner. These guys run the BEST shop around.
