OK, what are the chances of getting a $4,000+ repair bill on a 2006 Subaru and being happy? I can honestly say I could not be more pleased. The service included new head gaskets ( and EVERYTHING that goes with the ordeal), new timing belt, water pump, axle work, sensor replacement to name a portion of the effort. They were all valid service items done well! The communications are outstanding and I was informed at every step of what could be done and why. There was a consistent concern on their part for the costs involved and they provided alternatives that made sense. After the "dealership" experience with this car, I wish I had gone straight here! With two other Subarus likely facing similar problems soon, I am glad we tried Japanese Auto Masters. I am confident that this expenditure has likely bought us another 100,000 + miles on this car (famous last words). To me the customer service alone was worth the try, add in great repair work and they are a complete package.
