I went to the Lexus Dealership and they wanted to fix something different from what I needed fixed so I took my car away from them. I spoke with Tom here at JAM and he was great to speak with and they ended up saving me a TON of money and I am completely satisfied. They are very professional and I would highly recommend.

What person wants to have a major repair done to their car? Well, we all know the answer to that one. I recently had to have a major repair done for the a/c on my Honda and Japanese Auto Masters worked with me to make sure this is what really had to be done. They had me come back anytime the a/c was not working so they could check it and make sure I really needed a major job done. I can't imagine any other dealership service department or independent repair facility going out of their way like this. They have been incredible many other times but they truly made a painful repair a great experience. They are truly masters at their craft and treat their customers with true professionalism.
