I had serious corrosion on battery cables, was headed out of town for vacation, didn’t have an appointment, but Japanese Auto Masters cleaned it up and installed a new battery in short order!

Went here for a transmission service on a friend's recommendation. Glad I did they are good people and it was close to home also.

I had a wonderful experience the other day at Japanese auto Masters. I had what I thought was a roofing nail in my tire. I called 10 minutes before they closed and got in the next morning with no problem. They put it up on the lift, pulled it out, showed it to me and it was only a tiny little screw with a big round nail head. It did not puncture the tire at all. They told me no charge. And I was on my way. later on I was sharing this with a friend at work, they said any other place would've charged you without showing you the nail and you would've never been the wiser. It's just so wonderful to have one less thing to worry about when it comes to trust with your car care. And the knowledge that JAP has and shows this trust like no other place I've been to. They have a sterling reputation and it really shined that day for me. Thank you Tom and Cindy for running such an establishment. I hope you can share and post this on your Facebook page.
