From Tommie to Cindy to Dave and Joe, their service is friendly, it's professional and it's second to none. If they tell you, you will get a call back...they do and promptly. They are empathetic knowing that you're dealing with concerns of damage and costs to your vehicle that can possibly run high but more importantly they listen and weight your options best suitable for you as well as they can. When I originally used J.A.M some years back, they came highly recommended by three different sources. If I could rate them higher than 5 Stars I would!
