Once again Japanese Auto Masters shines with an amazing repair and service at a totally fair price. Our 2002 Land Cruiser was over heating and went in for repair. I made an appointment online and dropped the vehicle off earlier than I planned and did not expect them to get to it until our scheduled appointment. The team at Japanese Auto Masters jumped into action and found a faulty thermostat and leaking water pump. The leaking water pump basically pushed me into doing the timing belt a little earlier than I expected but it was worth the cost. Our vehicle was in and out of their facility in 2 days. I would recommend Japanese Auto Masters to anyone looking for trained, professional service. The team really makes you feel like family. I will never go any where else with our Toyotas.

Have always had my G35 serviced at the dealership (Charles Barker). Took the car in for oil change and detail; the service department said I needed $3000 worth of repairs to the drive knuckle, tire rods and boots, brakes, ect... Told them I wanted a second opinion. Years prior had used JAM for my 1990 4-Runner until it died. Decdided to go to JAM for another look. Only thing that was necessary were the brakes. Thank goodness I went here. Car runs great and they now have my service.
