I've been using Japanese Auto Masters since they were located off Oceana Blvd. Probably around 25 years now. Always been treated fairly, and I've never had them try to sell me a service or p art that wasn't needed. On the contrary, after a dealership told me I needed a particular service done (which I elected not to get done) I took it to Japanese Auto Masters and asked them if this service was needed. They checked the car out and said no, the service was not necessary at this time. Like I said, honest and fair.

I've used Japanese Auto Masters several times for my 2004 Mustang GT. They have been reasonable with their pricing; are honest; and the take the time to explain problems. This last time I was asked if I wanted to see the old manifold and they took me back into their garage and showed me where the crack was in the manifold. They also took the time to get a couple prices on the replacement. This saved me $600 and two additional days without my car!

Japanese Auto Masters is the real deal. They provide exemplary service, make repairs at reasonable prices, and are honest businessmen. We have been using a Subaru we purchased in 1999 to commute. Japanese Auto Masters has been doing an excellent job keeping it running and making affordable suggestions about both repairs and maintenance items. I give them a 5 star rating and recommend them without reservation.
