Getting your car done is a necessary evil. We know it is done right when we find out that it in fact works on the road not before. JAM has consistently done it the right way for the last 7 years I 9;ve been with them. Half the fun is waiting for the car and kibitzing with Tom and Dennis.

Another shop told me I needed extensive work on my vehicle. Having some doubt, I returned to Japanese Auto for the work to be done. Prior experience here has always been positive. Turns out that the work recommended elsewhere was not confirmed on review by the crew here, saving me hundreds of dollars of unnecessary work.Honesty, integrity, superior service!

I have been using JAM since the mid 80's and cannot overstate how plesant and professional Tom and his staff conduct their business. After many unhappy experiences with dealership service departments JAM was a truly different organization. Through the years they have provided excellent advice and service for an honest price and most importantly, I have never had to make a return visit for a repair not done correctly the first time. They have gone the extra mile even giving me a ride home after a breakdown on the interstate and having my car towed to their shop which is indicative of how they treat their customers. I highly recommend them to all that need any automobile maintenance servicing or repair.
