I recently brought my non-starting 92 Toyota 4Runner in for repair. The JAM team was able to quickly diagnose and explain the issues and the necessary repairs. Throughout the process David (service manager) kept me informed of progress. The difference between JAM and other repair places that I've had this car at is like night and day. My 4Runner is now back on the road with a valid safety inspection and drives better than it has in years. I will look no further than JAM for future service to this vehicle.

First time here and will be back. Had thought I needed new brake pads and turns out I needed only the power steering flushed and filled. They were able to do all this in a matter of hours and had a very comprehensive digital inspection form which helped a lot to get a feel for other things that may need replacing. Prices were fair, communication was top notch, service was outstanding. Thanks again!

Great service all around, I look forward to being a loyal customer to such a great local business. Initially learned of them as they sponsored several of my nephews baseball teams and heard nothing but great things from some folks in my neighborhood too.

Hello, i would like to thank the whole team at Japanese Auto Masters and express my gratitude to the help that i received at your establishment. David along with others were the so appreciative and seemed to be honored by serving a customer an act you do not witness often anywhere else. I called on December 27 and was given an appointment on Jan 6 which was good news cause it means the place is trusted by many people and that is why they are busy. David was so helpful in explaining the process and made me feel so comfortable in trusting them with the repair. Other shops including the dealership have quoted me outrageous prices for unneeded work and when the work was done and i was given the bill i just could not believe it. It was a fraction of what others have told me. It is so hard to find a trustworthy business there days but Japanese Auto Masters stands alone with honesty integrity and commitment to total customer satisfaction. The first thing i did after going back home is calling all my friends and reported that incident to them advising them to make the switch. Thank you all and a special thanks to their service advisor David Doxey. It is good to know that there are still honest people out there.
