Just recently our son deployed. We are now in charge of his vehicle.We called for an appointment and the next day at 7:30 A.M. we were there. A couple of hours later we picked up the truck. The servic e is wonderful! We are always greeted warmly as if part of the family.We wouldn't take our business anywhere else.

As usual, great service, but just one small problem. I asked for the brake fluid to be flushed and changed, not the power steering fluid! The brake fluid had been noted as dirty on the last couple of visits, so I'm not sure quite why you flushed the power steering fluid.

Have always received super service for the last 5+ years. Staff are great honest "down to earth" people. Repairs are without a doubt the BEST in the area and costs are well within reason. In my opinion, they surpass any local dealership.

I have been dealing with Japanese Auto for many years. I have always had great confidence and trust in them. It is so important when dealing with individuals who have the potential to give you bad advice or make suggestions that would cost you money to know that will never happen here!
