After having been told by Toyota dealership service center that our car needed a new motor and that it wasn't financially adviseable to repair it ~ we consulted Mr. Potter & his team for a 2nd opinion. Best decision we've made since we purchased the vehicle ! Turns out our vehicle did need some repairs but, thankfully, the motor was not the problem. Mr. Potter & his team located & repaired the problem & our vehicle runs like brand new !! Mr. Potter kept us informed all along the way by telephoning us with regular detailed progress reports.
