On my most recent visit, the work requested was completed in a timely fashion and at a lower cost than I had expected. I've been a regular customer since 2006 and this is why: great service, fair prices and dependable honesty.I gave one of the "Refer a Friend" coupons to a coworker and she brought her car in while I was waiting for mine to be done. She ended up happy with the service she received, too!

The guys at JAM were amazing and quite knowledgable on every question I had for them even going above and beyond what they needed to to help me with my problems. I would have given them 5 starts but while I was there I was charged 18$ for them to tighten down one nut, was neverinformed that they would charge me for that when I got my bill and it was 2 times what I had originally thought. It's just me but I honestly don't think I should have been charged for them to tighten a simple nut. With this said I will still be returning to them, but next time I'll be sure to ask exactly what I'm being charged for them to do. 18$ to tighten a loose nut? That's crazy IMO.
