Unfortunately I was not able to get my car serviced through them due the the part I needed replaced BUT when I called them with my problem the gentleman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to explain certain details to me that he didn't need to do (and others had failed to do). Thank you for your help!! It is always a blessing to come across such wonderful people who are willing to help and be so pleasant with you even though they can't help. THANKS!

I've twice taken my ol 1995 Toyota Corolla to them for service. The first time was for a leak in the exhaust flex pipe. Being somewhat mechanically-curious (I'll stay away from saying inclin ed), I thought about fixing it myself, until I saw the nice amount of rust on the bolts on the exhaust system. The guys at the shop cut out the bad flex pipe and welded in a new one, and it's been good from then on. They had the car in and out quickly. Second time was due to more rust-related issues (brake hard lines rotted through). The techs there were great, and it was a looooong job with cutting and flaring all the new lines (5 in all, brake and fuel) and even had to drop the tank to get a good connection. Got the car back and paid what I though to be a fair price for the labor. Then I heard a small clunk noise for the next day. I called the shop and told them and they said I could bring it by and they'll have a look at it. Once I brought it in, they brought me back into the service area and had me explain my concern, put it up on the lift, and saw a loose hose clamp. They tightened it back up, and was back on my way without charge. I suppose the labor charge can be a little high compared to some, but I'm more than happy to pay a little more knowing that they stand behind their repairs and won't cut corners in order to hack their way through a job. I'd recommend them!

My first time at japanese Automasters and facility was super clean, David was excellent! Friendly and very thorough. Will definitely refer my friends and family. Oh, and the pack of double mint gum they left in my vehicle with a thank you note was a nice touch. Like the mint on top of your pillow in an established hotel .

How good are these guys? I moved to Fredericksburg, VA and I still come back to see them in VAB!! Always a good experience.

Professional, courteous service. Cindi, gave me a tour of the facility as this was my first visit. Excellent service and provided a complementary 25-point inspection to help prevent future issues.I will use their maintenance service again, and pass their name on to my friends.Highly recommended!!
