I initially took my vehicle to Japanese Auto Masters strictly based on the reviews I read on their website. This is the first time I left my own review on a company... I am not only pleased with the q uality of their work, but I'm also pleased with the quality of the people who work there. My air conditioner isn't working and I recently transferred to Portsmouth, I refuse to take my vehicle to anyone else. I will continue to drive in the heat with my windows down until I can get a day off to get to JAM. They definitely made a loyal customer out of me!!!

Whenever I had to take my car in for service, I was always worried about being taken advantage of. A lot of the mechanics that I've tried always seemed a little shady and untrustworthy. But these are mechanics I trust. They have never been anything but professionals and have not once left me guessing whether or not I'd been had. As a computer geek, I also appreciate their acceptance of today's technology. They have a blog, a Google presence and actually have someone to check their email often. I continue to take my Honda here for service and will continue to do so as long as we are both around.

Great staff and great work. We have been bringing out Toyota's to Jap Auto for years and they always do superb work. Now they also work on domestic vehicles so they have all my family's repa ir jobs

These guys are the best there is I've been going to them since the mid-late 80s they are very honest and do a great job in fixing my vehicles I will always go to them for repairs & I'll alwa ys recommend them to any one who needs a vehicle repaired.

JAM is great! Why am I so enthusiastic about a Auto repair shop? Well, because we all know how hard it is to find one that is HONEST, reliable, and doesn't try to rip you off!The guys at JAM are nice, efficient, and don't try to keep selling you additional services. They tell you what you need, and leave the decision making up to you. We've been going there for a few years now and have had no issues with our cars. We have an Acura & Toyota, but I'm pretty sure they will work on non-Japanese cars as well.
