I am usually very sadisfied with the performance of Japanese Auto Masters. This time I would like to address a few items I was a little irretaed with:1. The state inspection should NOT been done before issues with the cars have been fixed. That resulted in a rejection of the inspection. If inspection would be done as the final step, we would have been aware of the short coming and do the inspection when issues are eliminated = NO rejection sticker2. Very minor, but I think the details might interrest you as well: The state inspection sticker was placed on my wind shield VERY crooked.........not something a car owner likesOther than that it was as usual very quick and well done

I recently took my vehicle to have them give me a vehicle state inspection and to rotate my tires. What I noticed first was that the waiting area was very comfortable. The couch definitely made me feel like home. There's an assortment of drinks and coffee while you wait. It had a very warm feeling to it. The staff also provided excellent service by keeping me updated on what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. This was definitely a different and very welcoming automotive shop compared to other shops out there.
