Hands down one of the best automotive repair shops ever. I heard nothing but positive comments about this place so I decided to bring our family vehicle here to get a check engine light fixed. Not only was the price affordable they always kept me updated with the status of my vehicle till the day it was ready for pickup. Customer service was definitely top notch as well as everything else. Don't waste your time and money at the dealership, I highly suggest bringing your vehicle to Japanese Auto Masters.

I've used Japanese Auto Masters many times over the last 20 or so years.I can remember the old shop, the new shop and now they have their own building off of Holland Road which is just down the street from me now.They do great work and really know Japanese cars.They will work with you explaining what needs to be done and what it will cost. When I had an AC problem in my Mazda van they told me the truth - that the repair was such a hassle and costly that I should seriously consider not doing it.If your looking for straight up advice and solid repairs at a reasonable price you will not go wrong with this folks.

Customers don't always know what their vehicle is all about, but if we can explain and help them make educated decisions in the maintenance or repair issues they are facing, we feel some level of comfort and lessening the anxiety associated with vehicle service. I had a wonderful experience at Japanese Auto Masters the people are educated, friendly and are straight forward. The front desk guy, I believe his name was Dennis, this man was a scholar and a gentleman, he really made the whole experience worth while very polite and down to earth.

JAM has been doing all my auto maintanance since 1986. Never a doubt these guys will get it right the first time, every time. The estimates are accurate, and if if something unexpected is found, I'm always called before they continue work.Very satisfied, highly recommended.
