I have been a customer of Japanese Auto since 2007 and I remain loyal to a company that strives to take care of the customer first and foremost. I have had work done on my 2000 4Runner, my all time favorite vehicle, and they have offered the Toyoto parts and comparable generic parts, a savings of hundreds of dollars. The kicker is they have always been willing to evaluate the quality of the parts and have never steered me wrong! Go there and see for yourself.

I was a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager (microwave electronics) for many years so I am always looking for "Quality workmanship, Quality company, Quality workers." I dropped my car off for a service engine light and two other concerns. They were able to fit me in two days before my appointment which I was very grateful for. No problems were detected by the Technician, guess that was just me worrying. This is my second visit to Japanese Auto Masters and again was very pleased with the service and honesty of this establishment. Highly recommended.

Brought my car in for a state inspection at the end of February and had a really great experience. I made the appointment online, then dropped off my car with no problems. A few hours later their team text me a link to my “Digital Vehicle Inspection.” It showed the technicians who worked on my car and all the inspection details (good and bad). They made it REALLY easy to figure out what I needed to fix to pass inspection. The team was also very accommodating when I had to bring the car back to check that I’d fixed what was wrong with the car. Bonus: they left me a stick of juicy fruit gum and sent me a thank you note with a referral reward! I will definitely be going back!
