    I live in Norfolk, but it's worth the distance to take my vehicle (2000 Toyota 4-Runner) to Japanese Auto Masters. They're very friendly and I receive great professional service from these folks. And if you need to wait while your vehicle is being serviced, the waiting area and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Just another reflection of JAM's friendly, caring service. I know my vehicle and me are in good hands.

    Three different people recommended that I call Japanese Auto Masters for my car problem.I was told they were honest, professional, qualified and that they would fix ONLY what was wrong. Let me just say that I have had more than my fair share of horrible experiences with mechanics but not here! This company is top notch, they communicate often and my car was repaired right and runs like new. This place is a no-brainer when you need car repair!

    Great job, professional service, and good communication. JAM replaced my leaking water pump and timing belt. They worked with me to reduce the cost of the estimate after learning another shop had replaced both only 19 months and 8,000 miles previously. The other shop was going to charge me even more than the first time to fix their work stating their guarantee was only 12 months. During the repair, JAM found not only was the original repair substandard but the other shop may have even installed the wrong water pump. The sad part was I went to the other facility instead of JAM for the first repair because their estimate was much lower and they had mostly positive reviews on Yelp. JAM warrantied the new repair for 2 years 24,000 miles. I guess in the long run you get the service you pay for. Go cheap and get cheap.

    As always the folks at JAM are gracious and welcoming. They are diligent and dependable, and best of all, I can trust them with my vehicles and depend on them to keep my cars running perfectly. When I had teen drivers, that was paramount. Now that we are older, we appreciate the trust for ourselves. Thank you Tom and crew.

    JAM was recommended to me from my friend who also has an auto repair shop. He could not say enough good things about the business and people. I have been getting my son's 2001 Nissan Frontier ready for him for his first vehicle. David has been my service advisor and has guided me through repairs, large and small in a logical manner and staying within my budget. Always top notch repairs done quickly and professionally. These guys do fantastic work, are friendly and will advise you with pictures of your vehicles needed repairs included. Highly recommended!
