I have a 2005 Toyota Highlander with the AC not working, it was blowing warm air. After much research and high ratings, I came across this business. Went on their website to send an email inquiring about getting it fixed and an estimated cost. They replied promptly, within a day. I set up an appt, when my dad and I dropped off the car, we were met with Joe the advisor. Told him our concerns and said he would give us a call once the car was finished. They sent us an estimated thru text and we were able to approve that est thru text which I thought was cool. The tech R. Bernier was awesome and was able to fix the AC! My dad and I also thought it was reasonable priced on how much he paid for. Overall, the staff was super nice, informative, very easy to schedule and would come again!

The employees are courteous, knowledgeable and prompt in providing thorough information regarding the repairs necessary to correct any problem you may have with your vehicle. Their work is completed on schedule, and I have always been satisfied with their performance.

They don't only work on imports! I took my Dodge Caravan in for some high mileage routine service. I needed the transmission fluid changed and another local shop said they weren't able to do it and the dealership never called back. Japanese Auto Masters was VERY easy to make an appointment. They have a great system that will text you quotes that you can accept or decline services depending on what you would like them to do. They ended up finding a couple other small issues that I'll fix myself (headlight bulbs out). But had then change the brake fluids as well. Service was fast and clean.
