2002 Toyota 4Runner [284k miles] experiencing high vibration at speeds above 50mph. After attempting repair myself, Auto Masters pulled the out-of-balance vibrating drive shaft and balanced it (who knew!) and the car runs quieter and smoother than ever (and the drive shaft looks new). Text message service and multi-point inspection provided as courtesy and loaner car available if needed. And after hours pick up on a Friday (paid over the phone). Easy day. With a 94% 5-star rating review, it's seemed an easy choice to give 'em a try...now i see why.

The Japanese Auto Master team has been helping me keep my 2001 Subaru Impreza in great shape since 2019. I've been going to Japanese Auto Masters since the 1980's. I had a new Subaru and the Auto dealership wanted to install a new clutch. Japanese Auto adjusted the clutch for $10. When my new car developed suspicious issues at the Lexus dealership I switched it over to Japanese Auto. They have done almost everything to my cars over the years and answered every question I've had. I don't go anywhere else.

My go to service and repair center. Great service and communication is on point via text messages. Been using since 911. Highly recommend this service center.
