JAM was the most professional, detailed, and efficient company I have used in Virginia Beach. Their appointment availability was very good and I received constant communication on the status of my vehicle, the issues at hand, and the timeline and process for correcting it. Drop off and pickup were both after hours and very smooth. They also have a complete online estimate / contract/ payment system that made the process even easier. They also work on domestic vehicles, which was exactly what I needed. I will certainly use JAM for all my future needs on my Silverado.
