What a great experience!! I had the pleasure of being referred to Japanese Auto Masters for a repair on my 2005 Nissan Sentra. I was kept informed regularly of the status of my car repair by Joe, my service advisor. He was fabulous!! They were friendly, honest and affordable! They ended up finding a cheaper solution for my car's repair than was early quoted to me. And thanks for the cookies!! :-) 10/2020 This was my 2nd experience with Japanese Auto Masters and they are still a pleasure to do business with. They are courteous, honest professional and prompt!

In 2014 I was on a road trip from Boston to Georgia and started having clutch trouble in a 98 4runner, I googled a place near by and came across this shop. They took the time to help me evaluate the problem and did it for free and helped me get home without charging me a single thing. I wrote a note to myself to thank them and their names (David, Dennis, and Tom). I lost the note until today and figured better late than never. When people help out, honestly, without anything in it for them you can tell. These folks did that, and I am appreciative and just wanted to share the story for others who may be looking for an honest shop. Thanks guys, Luke

JAM was recommended by a friend. We move around a lot so are always searching for good trustworthy local auto repair that takes care of what you need done and doesn’t send you home with new issues or poorly done work.....because I can do that myself for a lot less money. These guys got both our cars in early and were in touch regarding the work way before i expected to hear from them. Totally satisfied and they have my absolute highest recommendation. We’re moving again so our search will begin anew but for folks in the VA Beach area you’ve got a fantastic option to the big dealerships for repair work.
