Dropped my car off at 8:00 for a state inspection & oil change and it was done by 10:00

As usual Japanese Auto Masters did a great job. I was suprised that it took as long as it did. I dropped the vehicle off early Monday morning but the vehicle was not ready for pick up the next morning. I feel like this repair should not of taken this long and did not really get a good explaination as to way it did.

As always, you were efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. Thanks for all you do.

Always great service and fixed the problem

i always get nervous when i have to take my car to the shop. i know nothing about cars and i'm always afraid the mechanic will take advantage of that...this was not the case at Japanese Auto Masters. everyone was so nice and extremely helpful! they were able to look at my car, diagnose the problem, and order the necessary part the same day that i dropped my car off and my car was ready the very next day (even though i knew they were very busy)! they were able to tell me exactly how much it would cost to fix the problem. there were no surprises and the cost was actually much less than i thought it would be! i will definitely be bringing my car back to Japanese Auto Masters in the future!
