I have taken 3 different vehicles here over the last 8 years or so (toyotas and lexus)and I have always experienced great customer service from every member of the staff. They are honest, take the time to really listen and explain the issues. They even tell me what I don't need to do right away but also which things I should do together to be the most time/cost efficent. It is easy to get an appointment, usually the next day, and my car is always clean when I get it back- usually with some nice token of appreciation like a bag of microwave popcorn or gum- which is always a nice surprise. I would recommend Japanense Auto Master to all my friends.

Service advisor provided excellent input to evaluate seriousmess of electrical issue. When car was brought to shop, service was prompt with good explanantions of what was done and why.

I couldn't have asked for better. The service was very professional and still friendly. Their honesty has made me a customer for life. I went in thinking I would need a major service and it turned out to be something so minor I wasn't even charged.
