My Toyota Tundra had a very expensive part fail (brake actuator) and the Toyota dealer diagnosed and came up with a figure almost $800 higher than JAM. We dropped the truck off on a Friday, got a correct diagnosis on Saturday, and picked up the truck on the following Thursday (earlier than expected, parts came in. The front office was very professional, shop was neat as a pin, inside and out... and they did excellent work. Nice to see a small business going out of their way for a new customer. I will go back to them for any maintenance items.. BTW, they were very competitive on a very expensive part... I had checked wholesale prices and their markup was fair.
